Crossroads and New Directions in Medical Writing

Submit a session proposal for an opportunity to share your expertise and increase your visibility and authority as a presenter the AMWA-DVC 28th Annual Princeton Forum.

All presenters must be available on May 3, 2025, and able to present at the time assigned to them. Each presenter will receive a small honorarium.

​​Instructions: Your proposal should fit the theme of  Crossroads and New Directions in Medical Writing. Proposals may be on any aspect of medical writing or editing. We are accepting proposals for half-hour sessions (20-minute presentation with 10-minute Q&A). 

​​Deadline for proposals extended: 11:00 pm EDT, Friday, March 14, 2025. 

Review and timing: The Princeton Forum Committee will review all proposals and notify you of the decision by Monday, March 24, 2025. Each accepted proposal will receive 1 free registration to this virtual workshop (1 complimentary registration per presentation).

Proposal submission: Submit your session proposal by completing the following 3 steps:

1. Review the Proposal Submission pdf form.

2. For each session you are proposing, complete 1 of these Proposal Submission pdf forms and save the pdf to your computer.

3. Email the pdf of your completed Proposal Submission form to princetonforum@amwa-dvc.org.
