Submit a session proposal for an opportunity to share your expertise and increase your visibility and authority as a presenter at the AMWA-DVC 24th Annual Freelance Workshop.

All presenters must be available on Saturday, March 14, 2026, and able to present at the time assigned to them. Each presenter will receive a small honorarium.

​​Instructions: Your proposal should fit the theme of Thriving in the Evolving Freelance Medical Communications Marketplace. Proposals may be on any aspect of medical writing or editing. We are accepting three forty-five-minute proposals (35-minute talk and 10-minute Q&A). 

​​Deadline for proposals: Monday, December 1, 2025. 

Review and timing: The Freelance Workshop Committee will review all proposals and notify you of the decision in early January 2026. 

Proposal submission: Submit your session proposal by completing the following 3 steps:

1. Review the Proposal Submission PDF form.

2. For each session you are proposing, complete 1 of these Proposal Submission PDF forms and save the PDF to your computer.

3. Email the PDF of your completed Proposal Submission form to freelanceworkshop@amwa-dvc.org.
